NEW PRECAUTIONS AND PROCEDURES:
I’m constantly thinking of ways to keep everyone safe as we deal with the uncertainty that comes with COVID-19. In doing this, there will be certain steps we will take from here on out:
• As always, we have been serious about sanitation and sterilization. We have added more cleaning supplies to the backbar and added extra time at the end of services so we can saturate surfaces to better protect you!
• EVERYONE WILL NEED A MASK WHEN COMING IN FOR SERVICES, please provide your own mask as we will have on one as well. (Not effective 3/3/22
• BE PREPARED TO SANITIZE YOUR HANDS WHEN ENTERING THE BUILDING. There’s a black automatic hand sanitizing unit located to the right of the front door.
• NO EXTRA GUEST & NO KIDS. Before we have allowed extra guest and at times, We've been
lenient with babies and children. Due to the current circumstances and timing, We can’t afford to do so.
• IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSE IS SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
• please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment so you can sanitize your hands and use the restroom if needed. WE ARE NO LONGER TEXTING WHEN IT IS TIME TO COME IN! when you arrive; ring the bell & you will be buzzed in.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
any appointment that is booked must be cancelled/ rescheduled within 24 hours
ANY NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE TOTAL
TARDINESS & RESCHEDULING
there is a 5 minute grace period for all appointments (with the exception of any appointment that is 15 minutes or less, YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THESE APPOINTMENTS)
if you are more than 5 minutes late, please contact your service provider to find out if you can be accommodated. in order to reschedule: you will have to do so online.
if you need to reschedule your appointment after booking: please do so by logging into your acuity account or from your confirmation email (the link will expire 24 hours before your scheduled appointment)
